We seek a dedicated FP & A Analyst professional to join our Accounting & Finance Department. The role involves strategic planning, financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

Description

• Develop financial models for forecasting and budgeting.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with various departments to develop and monitor budgetary plans.
• Provide input into the strategic planning process.
• Prepare financial reports and present findings to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives.
• Continually improve financial planning and analysis processes.

Profile

A successful FP & A Analyst professional should have:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Comprehensive knowledge of financial planning and analysis practices.
• Excellent analytical, strategic planning and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in financial software and Excel.
• An understanding of the not-for-profit sector.
