FP&A Accountant

A successful and growing organisation based in Leeds is looking for a commercially focused post qualified FP&A Accountant to join their finance team. This role will be instrumental in consolidating group-level financial performance, supporting effective decision-making, and providing high-quality insight to leadership.

Key responsibilities include

• Delivering accurate and timely group-level management reporting and analysis
• Leading consolidated budget and forecast processes
• Preparing high-quality board reporting packs
• Conducting cost centre, regional, and client-level performance analysis
• Supporting key decision-making through insightful variance and trend analysis
• Partnering closely with finance leads across the organisation
• Ensuring adherence to accounting standards, internal controls

What we’re looking for

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Previous people management experience
• Sox Reporting experience

Package

• £60,000 - £65,000 Salary
• Hybrid working
