FP&A Accountant | Livingston | £50,000 - £55,000

Elevation Senior Finance are working exclusively with a reputable business in Livingston on a newly created opportunity within their UK Finance team.

This is a classic FP&A role, offering a real blend of budgeting, forecasting, analysis and business partnering—ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with senior stakeholders and adding genuine value through strategic reporting and insight.

The role:

• Lead the preparation and development of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
• Own and deliver the budgeting and forecasting processes (including long-range plans)
• Carry out in-depth margin analysis and performance reviews to drive commercial decision-making
• Act as a finance business partner to operational leaders and provide actionable insights
• Ensure robust financial controls and oversee SOX compliance, including testing and monitoring
• Deputise for the Assistant Financial Controller when required

What we're looking for:

• Qualified or Part-Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ICAS or equivalent)
• Strong Excel skills and confident handling complex data
• Exposure to internal controls and ideally SOX compliance
• Proactive mindset, able to influence and challenge constructively
