Axon Moore is thrilled to be partnering with a dynamic and expanding professional services organisation in East Leeds to recruit an FP&A Analyst. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing finance team during a period of growth, with multiple hires planned across FP&A.

As FP&A Analyst, you'll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your insights will directly influence strategic decision-making. You'll support the business with forecasting, budgeting, financial modelling, and in-depth commercial analysis — all while partnering closely with operational leaders.
What you’ll be doing:

• Assisting with annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range planning (including cash flow forecasting)
• Developing and maintaining financial models across departments and projects
• Analysing operational performance to identify trends and improve decision-making
• Supporting monthly management accounts, forecasting updates, and KPI tracking
• Business partnering with department heads to monitor budget performance
• Contributing to system/process improvement initiatives
• Providing ad-hoc reporting and commercial analysis

What we're looking for:

• Qualified or Part Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
• Strong background in FP&A, finance analysis, or management accounts
• Advanced Excel skills and confident working with financial models
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Commercially savvy with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple priorities
