Reporting to the Head of FP&A, you will be responsible for:
Collaborating with a range of stakeholders to provide insight, support budgeting and forecasting and influence commercial activities
Developing, tracking and reporting on current and new KPIs and investigating variances
Supporting the maintenance and consolidation of the annual plan and building new reports as required
Building and maintaining robust financial models to support forecasting and strategic planning
Delivering clear analysis to support performance improvement, including actionable insights
What you will need:
Previous experience in a similar role, such as FP&A Analyst / FP&A Manager / Finance Analyst / Finance Business Partner / Commercial Finance Manager
To be a qualified accountant – ACCA / CIMA / ACA
Strong Excel and modelling skills (experience with Business Central is useful but not essential)
To be curious, proactive and happy to challenge the status quo
