Description

* Financial Planning and Forecasting: Develop and manage comprehensive financial models to project the company's future financial performance, including cash flow, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets.
* Budgeting: Lead the preparation of annual budgets, collaborating with various departments to ensure accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
* Management Reporting: Produce timely and accurate management reports, including analysis of sales and operational expenditure, to provide insights into business performance.
* Variance Analysis: Analyse discrepancies between actual financial results and forecasts/budgets, identifying underlying trends and providing actionable recommendations.
* Strategic Support: Assist in strategic initiatives such as mergers and acquisitions, capital allocation, and investment appraisals by providing financial planning and modeling expertise.
* Decision Support: Partner with business units to offer financial insights that drive strategic decisions and improve overall performance

Profile

Experience in a similar role

Retail experience desirable

Strong PowerBI and MS Excel

May be studying towards an accountancy qualification
