Cedar have partnered with a fast growing insurance company who are recruiting for a bright, commercially minded FP&A Analyst to join their Finance team. In this hands on role, you'll support group wide commercial finance activities from budgeting and forecasting to board reporting and ad hoc analysis working closely with the Head of FP&A and key stakeholders across the business.

A great opportunity for someone ready to step up, take ownership, and make a real impact in a collaborative finance team.

Responsibilities:

• Continuously improve processes, tools and systems within the FP&A function
• Partner with key business areas on budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting
• Deliver clear, insightful variance analysis and KPIs to drive performance
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for exec committees and regulators
• Support scenario modelling, business case reviews and strategic planning

Essential Requirements:

• Part-qualified CIMA / ACCA / ACA
• Experience in a fast-paced finance function (insurance a bonus)
• Excellent Excel skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude
• Commercially curious and keen to improve processes
• Confident communicator and natural business partner
