Summary This is a fantastic opportunity to join a newly formed Commercial Finance team as an FP&A Analyst. You’ll play a key role in delivering insightful analysis and reporting that drives strategic decisions across the business. Our Client Our client is a well-established hospitality group with a strong presence across the UK. They are known for their commitment to quality, sustainability, and a people-first culture. The Role This is a broad and varied FP&A Analyst role offering exposure across the business:
Delivering daily, weekly, and monthly trading analysis
Supporting the budgeting and forecasting process
Producing KPI reports and monthly performance decks
Building analytical tools to support decision-making
Collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
Main Duties You’ll be a key part of the Commercial Finance team, helping to shape financial strategy:
Analyse trading performance and identify trends
Prepare monthly KPI dashboards and board packs
Support the FP&A Manager with forecasts and budgets
Deliver ad hoc analysis and project support
Liaise with the Management Accounts team to ensure smooth month-end processes
The Successful Candidate We’re looking for someone who is analytical, proactive, and a great communicator:
Strong Excel and analytical skills
Comfortable presenting insights to senior stakeholders
Part or fully qualified accountant (ACA or equivalent)
A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
