Leading Property company looking to recruit an experienced FP&A Analyst. Based in London, this role will be part of a high performing finance team and act as partner to various stakeholders across the business.

Leading Property company looking to recruit an experienced FP&A Analyst. Based in London, this role will be part of a high performing finance team and act as partner to various stakeholders across the business.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Delivering high quality analysis for stakeholder review
• Providing clear and accurate capital expenditure cashflow reporting
• Developing accurate forecasts
• Supporting annual budget cycle
• Supporting FP&A team to reforecast and build accurate business plans
• Driving process improvements to gain working efficiencies
• Supporting Reporting team with various reconciliations

The candidate:

• Qualified accountant with strong technical accounting skills and capex forecasting experience
• Commercially astute with proven business partnering skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi task and prioritise workload
• Ability to create robust models and provide clear, useful outcomes
• Advanced IT skills
