FP&A Analyst

Ready to step into a high-impact finance role that combines strategic analysis with commercial insight? We’re looking for a sharp, proactive FP&A Analyst to join a fast-paced, forward-thinking team driving financial performance and business growth.

The Role

This isn’t your average FP&A job. You’ll be at the heart of financial decision-making – supporting senior leaders across operations, finance, and commercial teams. From analysing contract performance and building budgets, to pricing new bids and shaping data tools like Power BI and Sage, you’ll help drive clarity, control, and commercial success.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Analyse and report on key financial KPIs across contracts
• Build forecasts, budgets, and pricing models for tenders
• Support internal teams with insightful financial reporting
• Enhance tools and dashboards in Power BI and Sage
• Drive process improvement in planning and analysis
• Support quarterly reporting and statistical uploads

What You’ll Bring

• Advanced Excel (VLOOKUPs, IFs, pivots – you know the drill)
• Power BI experience – can turn data into dashboards that non-finance teams love
• Part-qualified accountant or qualified by experience (study support available)
• A curious, confident mindset – not afraid to challenge and improve
• Strong communicator – can explain financials to non-finance folks
• Great under pressure and brilliant at juggling deadlines
