FP&A Analyst

Description

Reporting to the FP&A Manager (who was promoted from this very role), and ultimately to the Financial Controller, you will:

• Partner with senior stakeholders including the CEO and CFO to provide actionable financial insights.
• Develop and maintain in-depth Excel models to support budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking.
• Play a key role in the production of detailed commercial analysis and ad-hoc reporting.
• Help drive financial performance through data-driven decision making.
• Work on continuous improvements in reporting processes, especially given the business's current reliance on Excel over automated systems.

Profile

• Previous experience in a commercial finance, FP&A, or financial analyst role.
• Part-qualified accountant (e.g. CIMA, ACCA, ACA).
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to build robust financial models and deep-dive into complex data sets.
• Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and a commercial outlook.
• Proactive, confident communicator with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
• A self-starter eager to grow and develop in a business with real progression pathways.
