Newly created opportunity to join an expanding company based in central Brighton.

This will currently be a standalone position, reporting into the FD, however future plans are to increase responsibility into a Manager with the addition of others to the team.

You'll be responsible for providing FP&A across the clients EMEA business as well as assisting in the development of models, forecasts and insights to enhance data-driven decision making for your colleagues to roll out to business partners.

From reviewing dashboards and performance models first thing, to collaborating with cross-functions teams to support them in budgeting and forecasting, to keeping up with changes in financial tools, reporting standards and data automation practices this promises to be a great opportunity for someone keen to join at this exciting stage in the groups development.

You'll need:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
• Demonstrated proven track record of success in financial planning and analysis, forecasting, and business performance reporting
• Evidence of supporting large, complex business units - SaaS environment would be beneficial
• Development of models and insights that support business decisions
• Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting practices in a commercial setting
• Enhanced Excel, financial modelling tools, and ideally in platforms such as Power BI
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
