About the role: 




As a FP&A Analyst, you will report to the Head of FP&A and be responsible for providing robust analysis to feed into the forecasting, budgeting and 3-year plan processes. This will entail working with various areas of the business to ensure the financial information presented has integrity, with associated opportunities and risks clearly articulated.



About you: 


You are a detail-oriented and analytical qualified or part-qualified accountant with at least five years' experience in finance, comfortable analysing large financial data-sets and establishing insights from analysis undertaken. Your excellent financial modelling and presentational skills will enable you to produce quality analysis to support business decision making. You are a self-starter who takes ownership in ensuring deliverables are met within agreed timelines.



Essential skills and experience 




  • Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with at least 5 years' finance experience.

  • Financial modelling experience, including profit and loss, balance sheet and cashflow.

  • Ability to simplify complex financial information succinctly for a broad range of stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal. 

  • Highly organised, able to perform under pressure and at pace, while maintaining excellent attention to detail.

  • Cashflow management and reporting.

  • Financial services industry experience.

Key Responsibilities include: 




  • Creating complex financial models and forecasts.

  • Providing financial insights and modelling to support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting that align with Attivo’s strategy, including scenario analysis.

  • Working with key stakeholders, alongside analysing data trends to derive well-evidenced financial modelling assumptions.

  • Ongoing benefits tracking of strategic programmes.

  • Production of analysis to support investor and debt provider information requests.

  • Cost management: review and identify efficiencies and opportunities for cost reductions across the business.

  • Supporting cashflow management and reporting.

  • Supporting acquisition due diligence and reporting.

  • Analyse financial data and market trends for the sector.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives.



Salary and benefits


£50,000 - £60,000 (negotiable depending on experience and qualifications)
