Job Description - FP&A Analyst


Make an impact

Performance and Management Reporting



  • Perform analysis of monthly results, prepare reviews and deviation analysis with comments as well as ad-hoc reporting.

  • Analyze key topics and identify possible impacts on the business, commercial and financial risks, and suggest responses to mitigate.


Financial Planning



  • Prepare and alignment of budget and forecast. Analysis of forecast development and deviations.

  • Deliver budget and manage budget process for the respective countries. Target setting breakdown and tracking in alignment with Financial Business Partner.


Collaboration with Business and other Financial experts



  • Responsible for commercial controlling of respective countries mainly on order intake, revenue, margin and receivables management.

  • Collaborate with internal clients, build effective working relationships and deliver high quality professional services to support the implementation of business strategies, plans, and decision-making.


Projects



  • Support to improve and standardize global processes and tools: engage with business and finance users to identify requirements, and work with the whole finance organization to design solutions.

  • Support strategic projects for business development.

  • Ad-hoc analytical tasks.

What you need to succeed

Education and Experience



  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field; master’s or certification preferred.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Ability to collaborate with internal clients and stakeholders.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to standardize global processes.

  • High integrity, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.


Skills



  • Advanced knowledge of financial software (SAP is an advantage).

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office.

  • Understanding of commercial and financial risks.

  • Knowledge of international IFRS.

  • Confident English language skills.


Others



  • Willingness to travel.
