FP&A Analyst

Salary: Up to £60,000
Location: London (SW)
Hybrid: 3 days per week in the office, 2 days WFH

We are looking for an experienced FP&A Analyst to join a growing finance team. This role will focus on improving reporting processes, managing financial data and reconciliations, and providing analysis to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Improve FP&A reporting, planning and forecasting processes.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies between financial and operational systems.
Build robust, repeatable reconciliation processes.
Support forecasting, commercial analysis and management reporting.
Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and data quality.
Present financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.

About You

Experience in FP&A, financial analysis or management accounting.
Strong experience with financial planning/reporting systems such as Vena, Anaplan, TM1, Adaptive Insights, OneStream, Hyperion or similar.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of data accuracy.
Proactive, organised and comfortable working independently.
Confident investigating data discrepancies and finding root causes.
Strong Excel and data analysis skills.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with finance, systems and data, and who wants to improve the way FP&A operates rather than simply maintain existing processes
