Sheridan Maine is working closely with a highly respected, values-led organisation that is growing its Treasury & FP&A team. If you're someone who enjoys working with large data sets, scenario planning, and adding real insight into financial decision-making — this could be a brilliant opportunity.
This is a varied role where no two days look the same. You'll be getting involved in everything from planning and forecasting to stress testing and regulatory reporting.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting the production of the group’s annual and quarterly financial plans
• Feeding into long-term forecasting and business planning using specialist software
• Working closely with the wider finance and development teams to gather, validate and translate data
• Running stress tests and “what if” scenarios, then presenting results to help inform decision-making
• Contributing to external submissions like the Financial Forecast Return (FFR) and credit rating reviews
• Producing insights for the investment panel and assisting with performance reporting
• Supporting monthly cash flow forecasting and providing clear summaries to stakeholders

What we’re looking for:

• Someone with solid experience in FP&A or Treasury, ideally within a complex group structure
• A finance-related qualification or strong relevant experience
• A proactive and analytical mindset, you’ll enjoy digging into data and spotting trends
• Comfortable with Excel (advanced level) and confident using financial planning tools
• Able to communicate technical information in a clear, meaningful way
• Familiarity with regulatory reporting, forecasting, and scenario planning would be a real advantage
