Salary: £35,000-£40,000 Bonus
Type: Permanent Hybrid (3 office days, 2 remote)

We have partnered with a nation-wide utilities business to hire a part-qualified FP&A Analyst who can automate forecasting, sharpen insight, and partner across the business to shape financial outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Streamline planning with tech-powered forecasting and budgeting
• Partner with operational teams to implement financial insight and actions
• Track and analyse £2.1bn of planned spend over 3 years across asset portfolios
• Deliver sharp variance analysis and early corrective actioning
• Create daily and ad-hoc data reports that support executive decision-making
• Continuously improve systems and processes for faster, smarter finance

What We’re Looking For

• Degree-qualified, experienced in financial planning and analysis
• Advanced Excel PBI / AI tool proficiency
• Effective communicator across finance and non-finance stakeholders
• Process improvement mindset with commercial acumen
• Part-qualified ACCA/CIMA or equivalent experience
