FP&A Manager

A very technology driven insurance underwriting business is recruiting for an FP&A Manager.

Reporting directly to the CFO the successful applicant will be responsible for building and developing the UK planning function, managing the annual planning cycle, developing financial models to drive plans and forecasts, cash flow modelling, creating financial reports and presentations for management, providing financial scenario analysis to support decision-making, analysing and reporting business financial performance, identifying systems and process improvements for planning and forecasting, developing procedures and documentation for the FP&A area, and supporting development of state-of-the-art finance operating environment.

Suitable applicants will be qualified accountants with at least 5+ years of relevant FP&A experience gained within the insurance industry and operating at a senior level, have advanced systems proficiency e.g. Excel, ERP systems, financial modelling tools etc., and be someone who thrives on change, always challenges the norm, and has the mindset of always wanting to make improvements.
