FP&A Manager – Commercial, Strategic, Collaborative

We are currently recruiting for an FP&A Manager to join a growing and dynamic business at an exciting stage of its journey.  This is a key role within the finance team, focused on driving insight, supporting strategic decisions, and improving financial visibility across the organisation.

The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical capability with excellent team management skills and a commercial mindset.

Key responsibilities include:

• Financial modelling and scenario analysis

• Business performance reporting and KPI tracking

• Partnering with senior leadership and operational teams

• Supporting strategic projects and decision-making

What we’re looking for:

• Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)

• Strong FP&A or commercial finance experience

• Confident communicator with the ability to challenge and influence

• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
