FP&A Manager

Group FP&A Manager | £70,000 – £80,000 | Private Equity-Backed | Future Head of FP&A

Axon Moore is working with a fast-growing, private equity-backed business to recruit a Group FP&A Manager. This is a newly created role, driven by growth and the need for more sophisticated reporting and analysis across the business.

As the company continues to expand, mainly through acquisitions, this role will evolve significantly — with a clear route to becoming Head of FP&A and the opportunity to build out a team from the ground up.

What you’ll be doing:

• Working closely with the CFO and senior finance team to bring better visibility across the business — from regions and divisions to products and customers.
• Creating a flexible, board-ready financial model that can adapt and scale with the business.
• Supporting group-wide projects and managing key relationships across the company and its subsidiaries.
• Helping the Group FC roll out standardised reporting processes across the group.
• Getting involved in implementing new systems and tools to improve efficiency.
• Sitting on senior management teams for each division, providing strategic support through financial insight.
• Hiring and leading a new FP&A team, while helping to grow business partnering at the local level.
• Continuously improving KPIs and reporting at the entity level.

• A qualified accountant (ACA / CIMA / ACCA).
• Someone with strong financial modelling skills (this is essential).
• A commercially minded professional who enjoys building things, influencing decisions, and working closely with senior stakeholders.
