FP&A Manager

FP&A Manager- Bristol (3 days p/w in the office)- £85,000-£90,000 + Benefits- Aerospace & Defence- Permanent- ACCA/CIMA/ACA

IN2 Consult has been engaged by a long standing client of ours in the Aerospace & Defence space on the recruitment of an experienced FP&A Manager to join their Bristol based team on a permanent basis.

The key focus of the role is to own the FP&A and business partnering functions, drive insights to aid key decision making and take a lead on driving process improvements as well as managing the FP&A and Business partnering teams.

The key responsibilities of this FP&A Manager role include:

• Line management of the team of FP&A Analysts and Business partners helping to drive their development and performance
• Own the financial analysis of large, complex data sets to help drive the decision making for senior stakeholders
• Analyse Business Unit level financial forecasts and provide Business Unit Management with independent assessment of projected performance against plan targets
• Drive change, automation and process improvements across the finance function to drive accuracy and efficiency
• Prepare complex finance models, long term budgets and forecasts for key stakeholders
• Ad-Hoc Duties

The ideal candidate for this FP&A Manager role should have the following experience:

• ACCA/CIMA/ACA Fully Qualified
• Significant FP&A experience
• Strong track record of line managing teams of finance professionals (3+ years)
• Experience in financial modelling and analysis large, complex data sets
• Business partnering with senior level stakeholders
• Advanced Excel skills
• Must be eligible for SC Clearance
• Aerospace/ Defence sector industry experience is highly advantageous
