FP&A Manager

We are currently recruiting for a FP&A Manager to join a fast-paced business based in Chelmsford.

This is a pivotal role to lead the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and to build long-term financial modelling.

Responsibilities:

- Build and standardise budgeting and forecasting frameworks

- Create and automate MI to produce monthly management accounts with variance analysis

- Lead the implementation of BI tools to a scalable platform

- Conduct detailed financial analysis to support business decisions and improve financial performance

- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders

- Collaborate with various departments to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives

Skills & Experience Required:
- You will be a Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or ACA), or Qualified by Experience with relevant work experience

- Proven financial planning and analysis experience with the ability to build processes and reporting frameworks

- Strong knowledge of financial modelling, forecasting techniques, and financial ERP systems and BI tools (e.g. Power BI)

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex financial information clearly

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
