FP&A Manager

NXTGEN are pleased to be partnered with a well respected business in their field who are seeking a FP&A Manager to shape and oversee the budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting for a dynamic organisation.

You'll be instrumental in providing financial insights and guidance to senior management, supporting strategic initiatives, and leading a team of FP&A analysts. If you have a passion for analytics, team leadership, and business partnering, this could be the role for you.

• Financial Planning & Budgeting: Develop and manage the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans across the group, collaborating with regional finance teams.

• Performance Analysis: Monitor performance against budget, track KPIs, and identify areas for improvement at both group and regional levels.

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular financial reports to senior management and investors.

• Business Partnering: Work closely with departments and regional teams to align financial plans with organisational objectives.

• Strategic Support: Contribute to investment appraisals, M&A analysis, and business restructuring initiatives.

• Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of FP&A analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.

• Project Budgeting: Analyse budgets for individual projects, considering costs, forecasts, and risk mitigation.

We're seeking a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with a strong background in FP&A and team leadership. Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills. You'll bring exceptional analytical abilities, confident communication skills to explain financial concepts to non-financial colleagues, and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment. A proactive and adaptable approach is essential to thrive in this role.
