Description

• Prepare and deliver comprehensive financial reports to support leadership decisions.
• Develop and manage the financial planning and analysis processes.
• Collaborate with department heads to create accurate forecasts and budgets.
• Analyse financial performance and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency.
• Identify key financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Support the annual audit process by providing relevant data and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Oversee the development of financial models to inform long-term planning.

Profile

A successful FP&A Manager should have:

• A solid background in accounting and finance
• Strong analytical skills and experience with financial modelling and forecasting.
• Proficiency in financial systems and software tools.
• A professional accounting qualification (ACA desirable)
• An ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
