FP&A Manager

We're looking for a qualified and commercially minded FP&A Manager to join our Finance team in a hybrid role based in Warwick, UK. This is a high-impact position responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting, insightful analysis, and robust forecasting to support strategic decision-making at the highest levels of the organisation.

Key Requirements

• Lead the preparation of management reporting, ensuring timely and accurate financial information is delivered to senior stakeholders

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes

• Analyse and interpret financial performance, identifying key trends, drivers, and opportunities for improvement

• Maintain and update key forecasting and performance models, ensuring alignment with the latest business assumptions

• Provide clear, concise analysis and commentary to support strategic decision-making

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as a trusted business partner

• Communicate financial information clearly to both finance and non-finance audiences

• Support continuous improvement of financial processes and data quality

• Coordinate reporting timelines and requirements, ensuring alignment across teams

• Manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills

• Proficient in financial tools and systems, with advanced Excel skills

• Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Location: Warwick, United Kingdom (Hybrid)

• Professional Qualification: CIMA, ACCA, or ACA qualified

• Stakeholder Exposure: Comfortable working with executive and senior-level stakeholders
