Our Client
Our client is a private equity backed education group with a growing international footprint and a reputation for high-quality, independent schools.

The Role
A key FP&A role within the Group Finance function, supporting international operations:

• Lead consolidated monthly reporting across regions and present insights to senior leadership
• Partner with regional CFOs to support performance improvement and planning
• Deliver forecasting and budgeting cycles at group level
• Drive process improvement and contribute to transformation projects
• Support business cases and long-term strategic planning

The Successful Candidate

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• 5 + years of FP&A experience in a multi-entity, international business
• Experience driving process improvements, with a change mindset
• Confident engaging with senior leadership and non-finance teams

What’s on offer?
