Are you a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with at least 18 months of post-qualification experience, ready to step into an FP&A Manager role?

Cedar has partnered with a Top 20 accountancy practice that is looking for an ambitious individual to step into a strategic, business facing role within a collaborative and fast evolving finance team.

In this highly visible role, you'll deliver impactful financial insight to support key business decisions. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll take ownership of budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis all within a high-performing team at the centre of the firm's commercial strategy.

What you'll be doing:

• Partner with Heads of Department to support financial performance and KPIs
• Lead budgeting and forecasting for key areas of the business
• Deliver insightful monthly reporting and analysis to senior leadership
• Support dashboard and reporting improvements (Excel/Tableau)
• Get involved in a range of high-impact ad hoc projects

What we're looking for:

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with around 2+ years' PQE
• Strong commercial acumen and confident stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience in FP&A, management reporting or Audit (especially FS sector)
• Excellent Excel skills; knowledge of Tableau/Planning Analytics a plus
• Ambition to grow into a broader leadership role over time
