Are you a commercially savvy finance professional who thrives on turning data into strategic insight? HW Finance working with a high-growth, PE-backed business based in Crawley that’s looking to bring on board an FP&A Partner to play a central role in driving performance and informing key decisions at board level.

This is not just number crunching. You’ll be shaping strategy through sharp analysis and providing commercial insights across operations, sales, and procurement.

What you’ll be doing:

• Developing and delivering a weekly trading pack using a business visualisation tool

• Analysing key performance drivers including inventory, sales team performance, repair shop metrics, gross margin, and ROCE

• Presenting weekly trading results and insights to senior management

• Maintaining an action plan to drive business performance improvement

• Producing weekly and monthly EBITDA forecasts

• Leading the production of the annual budget and supporting the 5-year plan

What we’re looking for:

• Strong FP&A or commercial finance background

• Ability to influence and communicate with senior stakeholders

• Advanced Excel / data visualisation skills

• Previous experience in a PE-backed or fast-paced business is a big plus
