Job Description - FP&A/Finance Business Partner

We're exclusively recruiting two FP&A / Finance Business Partners to join a fast-paced, high-growth business based in East Yorkshire. This is a highly commercial role where you'll play a key part in shaping business decisions, supporting strategic initiatives, and partnering with senior stakeholders across the organisation.

Key responsibilities:

Delivering insightful financial analysis to guide strategic decisions
Leading budgeting, forecasting and planning cycles
Partnering with operational leaders to drive performance and profitability
Building financial models to evaluate business opportunities
Translating data into action with meaningful recommendations
Developing and tracking key business KPIs to measure success and identify risk
Driving continuous improvement in financial reporting and analytics tools

Experience required:

Fully qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or finalist level
Strong commercial finance experience in a dynamic environment
Skilled communicator, confident engaging with senior stakeholders
Proactive mindset with the ability to challenge and influence
