Interim FRA Surveyor

Day Rate: £450+ per day

Office-based with site visits

Contract: 6 months

We’re seeking an experienced FRA Specialist to support fire safety compliance across a residential portfolio.

This role focuses on reviewing FRAs, specifying remedial works, and overseeing delivery, not carrying out assessments. You’ll take ownership from day one with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

* Review and validate FRAs

* Specify and oversee remedial works

* Inspect and sign off completed works

* Ensure compliance with fire safety standards

* Manage contractors and delivery

Requirements

* Strong FRA review and remediation experience

* Background in housing or local authority

* Proven track record managing remedial programmes

* Able to hit the ground running
