Working closely with the Managing Director and Finance Director, you will help shape business strategy, optimise commercial opportunities and oversee the delivery of significant projects within an ambitious private-sector sales and service operation.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced commercial leader to make a tangible impact.

Package for a Fractional Commercial Director:

Day Rate: £650-£1,000
Hours: Two or three days per week
Contract Type: Fractional
Location: Head office, Bristol

Key Responsibilities of a Fractional Commercial Director:

Identify and optimise commercial opportunities across a multi-channel business
Work closely with the Managing Director and Finance Director to shape business strategy
Provide oversight of significant projects, ensuring delivery remains aligned with business objectives
Support the development and performance of an ambitious sales and service function
Translate strategic priorities into practical actions that support sustainable growthKey Skills and Experience of a Fractional Commercial Director:

Proven experience in a Commercial Director or equivalent senior leadership role within the private sector
A strong track record of identifying commercial opportunities and delivering business growth
Experience supporting sales and service operations, ideally within a multi-channel business
Ability to oversee significant projects and manage competing business priorities
Confidence working closely with senior stakeholders to influence strategic decisions
