Job Description - Franchise Support Manager

Heritage Healthcare is an award-winning national home care franchise network with a reputation for delivering exceptional care and professional support to our franchise partners. We are now seeking an experienced and motivated Franchise Support Manager to join our Head Office team and provide expert operational and regulatory support to both new and established franchisees across the UK.

 

The Role

As a Franchise Support Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that every Heritage Healthcare franchise delivers safe, compliant, and high-quality home care services. You’ll work closely with franchise owners and registered managers to guide them through CQC regulations, operational best practice, and business development support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing regulatory, operational, and compliance support to franchisees.
  • Advise on CQC registration, inspections, and quality assurance processes.
  • Conduct branch support visits and compliance audits, providing actionable feedback.
  • Support new franchisees through pre-launch and start-up phases.
  • Assist with developing policies, procedures, and improvement plans to ensure service excellence.
  • Work collaboratively with the franchising and head office teams to maintain consistency and uphold the Heritage Healthcare brand standards.
  • Deliver training, mentoring, and guidance to franchise owners and their management teams.
  • Act as a key liaison between franchisees and the franchisor, promoting open communication and problem-solving.

About You

We’re looking for a confident, professional communicator with a strong background in home care operations and regulatory compliance. You’ll have the ability to build trusted relationships, provide practical support, and maintain the highest standards of professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the home care sector is essential – ideally within a management, quality, or compliance role.
  • In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and domiciliary care standards.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the UK.
  • Full UK driving licence.
