An exciting full-time opportunity has arisen to join a dynamic, expanding law firm in the heart of Liverpool City Centre. Our client specialises in a range of civil litigation matters and are currently expanding their growing Fraud & Scam department.

We are seeking an ambitious qualified solicitor or CILEX, ideally with at least 1 years PQE. Experience of housing disrepair / fraud & scam is preferred but not essential

Main duties and responsibilities:
Giving legal advice to clients
Drafting and checking legal documents
Representing clients in negotiations, mediations and, sometimes, court proceedings
Conducting legal research and analysis
Undertaking client management
Ensuring compliance with legal documentation
Developing a close working relationship with other claimant firms, defendant solicitors and Kings Counsel to advance claims through the Court system.
Gathering the necessary evidence and data required to bring valid claims in large volumes.
Taking client instructions and advising on legal and procedural issues in an effort to progress files and the litigation as a whole.
