Freelance Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Nadson Consulting Limited are looking to speak with Assistant & Intermediate Quantity Surveyors for an immediate position based in London.

Weekly payments, working temp on a day rate (Up to £250-£300 per day)

AQS / Intermediate QS to step in and work alongside the Commercial Manager on a £90m hotel next build scheme in fit out phase over in the City of London. They have been through some complex changes on the project commercially so will be dealing with variations, sub contractor accounts and forecasting.

The contractor are a large scale business who deliver £50m+ schemes within the hotel, hospitality and commercial markets across London.

This is a short term opportunity however would be ideal for someone who is looking for some freelance or temporary work to take them into early 2026.

Ideally candidates on a notice period of 1-2 weeks maximum.
