What are we looking for? 

We are seeking a highly skilled Freelance Klaviyo Specialist to provide ad hoc support for our team, assisting with various Klaviyo-related tasks to help us successfully deliver email marketing retainers for our clients. The goal is to maximise revenue and ROI from this channel.

This could involve a wide range of responsibilities, from assisting with migration projects from other email platforms, auditing new client accounts to identify key opportunities, to implementing those improvements by setting up, troubleshooting, and optimising email flows and campaigns. You could also assist in creating and playing back monthly and quarterly reporting to track performance improvements and identify new opportunities for growth. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Experience managing and optimising Klaviyo email flows, automations, and campaigns


• Ability to troubleshoot issues related to segmentation, deliverability, and integrations


• Knowledge of list management best practices and compliance regulations


• Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations


• Experience collaborating with marketing and design teams to improve email content and engagement


• Commitment to staying up to date with Klaviyo updates and industry best practices 


• Strong understanding of segmentation, A/B testing, and deliverability best practices


• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email templates (preferred)


• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics


• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
