I'm working with a well-established construction consultancy in Leeds that is looking to appoint an experienced Freelance Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of a range of residential developments.
The Role:

Manage the commercial aspects of residential projects from inception through to completion.
Prepare cost plans, estimates, valuations, and financial reports.
Administer contracts, manage variations, and oversee procurement activities.
Work closely with clients, contractors, and project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
What We're Looking For:

Proven Quantity Surveying experience within the UK construction industry.
Strong residential project experience is essential.
Good understanding of contract administration and cost management.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Consultancy experience is advantageous but not essential.
