Freelance Quantity Surveyor

We are currently looking for a Freelance Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join a main contractor specialising in fire safety and cladding remediation projects across Manchester and the North West.

You will support the commercial team across live projects, with duties including:

Subcontractor procurement and management

*

Valuations and payments

*

Cost reporting and forecasting

*

Variations and change control

*

Measurements and take-offs

*

Supporting final accounts

*

General commercial management of projects

Previous experience working for a main contractor is required, with experience in cladding, remediation, refurbishment or fire safety projects highly desirable.

This is a freelance opportunity with an established contractor and the potential for ongoing work.
