I'm working with a small business in Sheffield looking for some help over the next 2-3 months.

They specialise in commercial interiors in the office and education sector. Projects valued from £100k - £1m around the country.

I've highlighted responsibilities below:

As a Project QS, you will take responsibility for the commercial management of projects from pre-construction through to final account. You will work closely with the wider project team, ensuring strong cost control, risk management, and value delivery across all stages of the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Managing the commercial aspects of projects from start through to completion
Procuring subcontractors and managing tender processes
Evaluating subcontractor quotations and negotiating terms
Administering subcontract accounts, including valuations, variations, and final accounts
Monitoring project costs, cash flow, and profitability
Identifying and managing commercial risks and opportunities
Producing accurate and timely financial reports

Pay rate will be £300 - £350 per day and outside of IR35.

It will be 5 days per week in the office/site
Only candidates based in UK and eligible to work in UK are allowed
