Job Description - Freelance Sales Negotiator

Job Title: Freelance Sales Negotiator

Location: Central London,
Compensation: Commission-based
Hours: Flexible / Self-managed

Role Overview

As a Freelance Sales Negotiator, you will work independently or in partnership with other agents within the company to generate and close residential property sales. This role is ideal for experienced negotiators who prefer autonomy, flexible hours, and performance-based earnings. You’ll be responsible for sourcing leads, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and progressing sales through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting
    • Source new vendor leads through networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
    • Generate new sales instructions by conducting valuations and winning listings.
  • Sales & Negotiation
    • Conduct property viewings and follow up with prospective buyers.
    • Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to secure successful outcomes.
    • Provide expert advice on pricing, marketing, and local market trends.
  • Sales Progression
    • Liaise with solicitors, surveyors, and mortgage brokers to ensure smooth transactions.
    • Keep all parties informed throughout the sales process.
  • Marketing & Administration
    • Prepare property listings and marketing materials.
    • Use CRM tools or spreadsheets to track leads and sales activity.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant property laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in residential property sales (minimum 1-2 years).
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Knowledge of the London property market.
  • Access to a car and a valid UK driving licence (preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
