Celebratory.THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES Over the past three years Boots has been reinventing their beauty offering and beauty halls, having launched over 70 new brands in 2022 alone from the likes of Kylie Cosmetic and Skin, Drunk Elephant, Fenty Beauty, NARS, 17. and MAC to name just a few. The variety of beauty brands stocked at Boots continues to grow rapidly across 2023 and we continue to support them on the journey of ‘beauty reinvention’.We’re looking for a Senior Account Director / Business Director who’s at the top of their game to lead our Beauty PR team. You will lead our beauty campaign work including those for key strategic business priorities (currently highly confidential), new brand launches, seasonal activities and the next stages of our ‘beauty transformation’ across stores.The candidate will lead a dedicated Beauty PR. team including roles across the following levels; Account Director, Account Manager and Exec and will report into the Client Partner and Managing Partner for the PR team as a whole.Experience with Beauty brands and/or Retail brands is ideal with a knowledge of both the earned media landscape and influencer marketing in these categories.The Senior AD / Business Director should have a proven ability to deliver large scale campaign work, oversee a busy press office function and the skills to align with a cross-channel team on relevant integrated campaign work.You will be a natural problem solver and create highly effective and fruitful working relationships with clients and colleagues, collaborating with other members of the Boots team within the Pharm.What's in it for you?
