Freelance Site Engineer

Warden Tyne Solutions are currently recruiting Site Engineers for a civil engineering project.

Roles & Responsibilities

* Set out and survey works on site

* Interpret drawings and specifications

* Produce and maintain QA documentation

* Carry out site inspections and quality checks

* Support temporary works implementation

* Monitor progress and report on site activities

* Ensure works comply with design and tolerances

* Promote health, safety and environmental standards

The Person

* Civil Engineering background

* Experience on major infrastructure/civil engineering projects

* Minimum HNC/HND in Civil Engineering

* Valid CSCS card (Essential)

* Setting out experience using Total Station (Essential)

* Competitive hourly rate

* Uplifts for nights and weekends

* Uplifts for Total Station provision

* Accommodation provided for those living over 1 hour from the project

* PSC/Ltd or CIS available (subject to assessment)

* 7-day payment terms
