• Coordinate and oversee the shipment of goods, ensuring efficient and timely delivery.
• Liaise with clients, carriers, and third parties to arrange transportation and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and other necessary documents.
• Monitor the status of shipments and provide updates to clients and internal teams.
• Negotiate contracts and rates with shipping lines, airlines, and road and rail freight operators.
• Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and policies related to freight forwarding.
• Use logistics software to manage and track shipments efficiently.

• Proven experience as a Freight Forwarder or in a similar role within the logistics sector.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of shipping regulations and policies.
