The Role:

• Managing the freight operations for both import and export customers
• Responding to queries
• Liaising with hauliers, shipping lines and internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Negotiation of contracts
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and procedures

The ideal candidate:

• Previous experience in shipping/freight forwarding/logistics
• Ideally knowledgeable in either import or export operations
• Full UK Driving licence
• Happy to work in the office full time
