Day-to-day of the role:

• Coordinate the full road freight forwarding process from quotation to final delivery.
• Prepare and manage essential documentation including customs entries, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
• Negotiate competitive rates with carriers and third-party providers.
• Track shipments and proactively resolve any delays or issues.
• Collaborate with overseas agents to ensure smooth customs clearance and delivery.
• Produce accurate quotations and ensure profitability.
• Stay up to date with international trade regulations and customs compliance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
• Maintain accurate records and financial data within internal systems.
• Contribute to process improvements and support team success.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in freight forwarding or international logistics.
• Solid understanding of Incoterms, customs procedures, and freight documentation.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with great attention to detail.
• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Adaptability in a fast-moving logistics environment.
