Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a Freight Forwarder to handle air, sea, and road export operations with a strong focus on service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end forwarding activities including quotes, clearances, and invoicing.

• Maintain compliance with SOPs, HMRC, IATA and security regulations.

• Handle customs entries and month-end reporting.

• Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers.

• Update systems (Next Gen/MS Office) and manage costs effectively.

What you’ll bring:

• Previous freight forwarding and operational experience.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Understanding of financial impact in logistics.

• Knowledge of air, sea, and road export operations.
