Our client offers a complete global shipping service, they are a well-established company specialising in International Air/Sea and Road, Domestic, Express, e Commerce and Freight Forwarding services globally

We are now looking for a Freight Forwarding Operator based in Poynton. This is a newly created role and is due to expansion and development

The role will involve ...

· Liaising and managing clients

· Taking bookings

· Compiling and handling Air and Sea freight quotations

· Handling and completing shipping documentation

· Customer service

In order to apply for this role, you will need a…

· Good understanding of freight and its movement A to B - primarily Air and Sea

· Good understanding of incoterms, paperwork and customs processes

· Experience of handling quotations

· A team player with excellent customer service skills

Salary and Benefits

· Salary £28,000 - £30,000

· Performance related bonus.
