Freight Pricing Coordinator

Right Now Group are recruiting an experienced Freight Pricing Coordinator for a fast-paced freight forwarding business based in Feltham. This role involves approximately 75% Air Freight and 25% Ocean Freight pricing, making it ideal for candidates with a strong background in Air freight and solid knowledge of Ocean freight.

• Prepare accurate and competitive quotes for both direct shippers and agent-to-agent business, focusing on Air Freight (75%) and Ocean Freight (25%) for Imports and Exports

• Negotiate rates with airlines, shipping lines, hauliers, and suppliers to secure competitive pricing and equipment availability

• Manage incoming customer quotations via phone, email, and portals, ensuring timely and accurate responses

• Track and analyse quote performance, reporting on win/loss ratios and identifying opportunities to optimise pricing

• Maintain strategic tariffs and pricing databases to keep information current and commercially effective

• Collaborate closely with sales and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and secure new business

• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the quoting process

• Minimum experience in pricing or quotations within freight forwarding, with strong knowledge of Air Freight and some Ocean Freight

• Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work effectively under pressure

• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy

• Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal

• Competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience

• Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30
