Adecco is recruiting on behalf of a well-established international manufacturing business for an Internal Account Executive to join their commercial team in Leicester.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven, customer-focused individual with fluent German and French language skills to develop customer accounts, drive sales growth, and build strong relationships across European markets.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop relationships with customers across Germany and France.
Grow existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new opportunities.
Prepare quotations and support commercial negotiations.
Handle customer enquiries and provide first-class customer service.
Maintain and update customer information within the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met.
Review customer trends, forecasts, and sales performance to maximise opportunities.
Support business development activities and contribute towards sales targets.

About You

Fluent in German, French and English.
Previous experience in sales, account management, business development, or customer service.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Commercially aware with a proactive approach.
Comfortable managing multiple customer accounts and priorities.
Experience using CRM systems would be advantageous.
