The Role

As a French and Spanish Teacher, you will play a crucial role in fostering students' linguistic proficiency and cultural appreciation. You will create engaging and interactive lessons that inspire curiosity and cultivate a lifelong love of language.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver stimulating French and Spanish lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, catering to a range of abilities and learning styles.


• Utilize innovative teaching methods and resources to promote student engagement and active participation.


• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their language acquisition.


• Collaborate with colleagues within the Modern Foreign Languages department to enhance the curriculum and contribute to extracurricular activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in French, Spanish, or a related field.


• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.


• Proven experience teaching French and Spanish at the secondary school level.
