They are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic French Speaking Customer Sales Advisor to join the dynamic team.

What you'll do:
As a French Speaking Customer Sales Advisor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat in both French and English.
• Assisting customers with inquiries about our products and services.
• Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable solutions.
• Processing orders and handling returns efficiently.
• Maintaining accurate customer records and ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidate:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• Fluency in French (both written and spoken) and strong English communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
• A friendly and approachable demeanour with a passion for helping customers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
• A positive attitude and a desire to work in a team-oriented environment.
